Our Classes

  • 26&2 (Heated)

    In a heated room, the series is comprised of twenty-six postures that systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body. With consistent practice, classic 26&2 will have you feeling vibrant in no time. It will create a sense of well-being and is an excellent way to help you detox. Move at your own pace and watch your postures improve with consistent practice.

  • Vinyasa (Lightly Heated)

    Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that links conscious breath with fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures are linked together in a sequence which flows together a little bit like a dance. Elevate your heart rate, increase your strength & flexibility, and reduce symptoms of stress & anxiety — all in a lightly heated room. This class is a full body reset.

  • Inferno Hot Pilates (Heated)

    IHP is a low impact class that incorporates High Intensity Interval Training that is designed to keep your heart rate up, burn fat, and up to 1000 calories a day. Pilates principles are designed to create long lean muscle mass that allows you to receive immediate results after the first class. This class is fun, highly addictive and is done with upbeat music. Plan to have a really good time.

  • Yin Yoga (Non-Heated)

    Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice which stresses the connective tissues (fascia) in your body. During this practice, you will gently move into a posture that you will hold for a few minutes. This allows gravity and your own body weight to create more space, bringing about a great release and relief in your tissues. This class is an excellent compliment to the 26&2. Wear loose fitting clothing to this slow paced class.

How to prepare

  • Come hydrated

  • Please do not eat two hours before class

  • Wear light breathable workout clothing. You will be sweating and moving.

  • Bring a mat, towel and water.

  • We have water for sale and mats and towels for rent at the studio.

  • There is a bathroom at the studio but there is no shower.

  • There are changing rooms for your convenience.

  • We have hydration drinks for sale and kombucha on tap.

  • There is plenty of seating in the lobby for you to convene before and after class.
