Vinyasa (Heated)
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga that combines conscious breath with fluid movement. Yoga postures are linked together in a sequence that flows together like a dance. Combined with our infrared heating system, Vinyasa will improve your circulation and cardiovascular health, increase your strength & flexibility, reduce stress & anxiety, and leave you feeling energized, yet peaceful. Vinyasa classes are 60-minutes and done to music.

Inferno Hot Pilates (Heated)
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a low impact, high intensity interval workout combined with Pilates principles. IHP is designed to elevate your heart rate, burn fat, and build long lean muscle mass. The structure of IHP makes it perfect for beginners to join in, even though it is always a challenging workout. You can expect fun and upbeat music, a full body workout, and to leave feeling AMAZING! This heated 60-minute class is appropriate for all levels.

Yin (Non-Heated)
Yin Yoga is a non-heated practice that targets connective tissue, joints, organs, and even bones. Through gentle postures and long holds, Yin will improve your range of motion, rejuvenate and hydrate cells, fortify ligaments, increase detoxification, reduce inflammation and degeneration of cartilage and bone. Yin also helps to turn off your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Yin is a 75-minute class done to quiet music.

26&2 (Heated)
26&2 consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is a set sequence that systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body; resulting in detoxification and improved health. With consistent practice, classic 26&2 will have you feeling vibrant in no time! 26&2 is a 90-minute class heated to 105 degrees and done without music. Come hydrated and prepared for a healthy sweat.

Hot Hatha (Heated)
Hot Hatha is a heated class that was inspired by the original 26&2 series. You can expect to experience many of the same postures and breathing techniques as you would in 26&2, but each class is a little bit different- offering you both variety and structure. This class will help to deepen your practice, lead you out of your comfort zone, and help prepare you for a 90-minute 26&2 practice. Hot Hatha classes are 60-minutes and done to music.

Qigong (Non-Heated)
Over 4,000 years old, Qigong utilizes fluid movement, focused awareness, intention, and conscious breathing to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, cognitive function and respiratory capacity. More importantly, Qigong awakens "qi", our vital life force, which transforms stress into energy, calms the mind, and encourages healing. Not just a form of exercise, Qigong can be more accurately described as a wellness practice.

How to prepare
Come hydrated
Please do not eat two hours before class
Wear light breathable workout clothing. You will be sweating and moving.
Bring a mat, towel and water.
We have water for sale and mats and towels for rent at the studio.
There is a bathroom at the studio but there is no shower.
There are changing rooms for your convenience.
We have hydration drinks for sale and kombucha on tap.
There is plenty of seating in the lobby for you to convene before and after class.
